Dyer Well Drilling & Service, Inc. is a full-service water well drilling contractor serving residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients throughout Michigan. Services cover the full lifecycle of water well systems, including new well construction, system design, installation, service, repair, and abandonment. Additional capabilities include geothermal and irrigation well drilling, excavation and hydro excavation, well system controls, and consulting—allowing projects to be managed efficiently from initial planning through long-term operation.

Founded in 1973 by Dean and Diane Dyer on their farm in Laingsburg, Michigan, the company grew alongside the Dyer family’s deep involvement in the trade. Mike and Joe Dyer were raised in the industry, gaining hands-on experience from an early age. In the late 1990s, Mike Dyer—holding degrees in geology and business from Central Michigan University—assumed leadership and purchased the company from his parents, later relocating operations to Delta Township. Under his leadership, Dyer Well Drilling & Service, Inc. expanded its capabilities and solidified its reputation as a leading water well contractor in Mid Michigan.

Continued growth led to expansion into West Michigan with the opening of an Ada location in 2005, followed by a Lowell location in 2025 to further strengthen regional presence. Today, Dyer Well Drilling & Service, Inc. continues to build on decades of experience and a strong family legacy, delivering dependable, high-quality water well solutions for projects of all sizes.
